By creating an account or using WorkflowSpin, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

WorkflowSpin lets you upload sequences of product photos and turns them into interactive 360° product spins that you can publish and embed on your own website or storefront. The service includes image processing, hosting, delivery, basic analytics on qualifying plans, and team management.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
• The organization's Admin(s) are responsible for managing team members, billing, and account settings. Members have more limited access, as configured by an Admin.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and organization.

• Plans are priced by the number of active published spins your organization keeps live at once. Current plans and pricing are shown on our pricing page and in your account's Billing section.
• Paid subscriptions are billed and processed through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing period.
• Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, and are blocked if your organization currently exceeds the destination plan's limits (you'll be asked to reduce active spins or team members first).
• Cancelling a paid plan keeps your access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• We may change plan pricing going forward; existing subscribers keep their current price until they change plans or the price for their plan is otherwise updated with notice.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service to you — including generating processed image derivatives and serving your published spins publicly at the URLs you choose to publish.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to upload and publish your content, and for making sure it doesn't violate any law or infringe anyone else's rights.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the rights to use.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access other organizations' data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the public viewer or API beyond its intended embedding use.
• Use the service in a way that disrupts it for other customers.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Spins published on our Free plan display a “Powered by WorkflowSpin” watermark in the viewer. Paid plans (depending on the plan) remove this watermark.

We aim to keep WorkflowSpin available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and features may change as the product evolves.

Deleted spins and organizations are kept in a recoverable state for 30 days before being permanently and irreversibly deleted, including uploaded images. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on data retention.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, don't pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the service (with reasonable notice where possible). You may cancel your subscription or delete your organization at any time from your account settings.

WorkflowSpin, including its software, branding, and the embeddable viewer, remains our property. These terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkflowSpin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify organization Admins by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes will be resolved in the Danish courts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
